Spend the first night in a Cairns hotel, then camp for the remainder of the trip. Tents and camping gear are provided; bring your sleeping bag and pillow. Communal showers and toilets are available at all campsites except Iron Range National Park. Everyone helps pitch tents, cook and clean.
