Kruger, Coast & Cape

An epic overland journey from Johannesburg to Cape Town, blending camping and hotel stays with game drives, hikes and coastal time across South Africa, Swaziland and Lesotho. Accommodation is primarily in two-person canvas dome tents with camping mattresses. Depending on the route, stays combine campsites, occasional wild camps, hotels in towns and cities, and sometimes dormitories. Campsite facilities can be basic and wild camps have none. Room upgrades may be available at stops but cannot be pre-booked.
