My travel talk experience was great and memorable

My travel talk experience was awesome and fantastic. Me and my husband was on their Morocco and Turkey tours in 2019, they operated their tours in a culturally fun manner and the tour guides were very nice and very approachable. It exceeded our expection, we love to come back with them in our future travel. Thank you travel talk you made our 2019 as one of our memorable year!

Just about to finish our first ever Travel Talk Tour. Our tour was 9 days across the Balkans. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Visited some amazing, historical places, ate superb food, met wonderful people but what made the tour even better was Simon, our tour leader. We can't write enough superlatives for him. So will just say amazing. Also a special mention to our driver Pero. To stay so calm with the mad drivers on the roads of the Balkans deserves a medal on its own. Never felt in danger at any time. Both are a credit to this company. 5 stars all round.

We recently completed a 12-day tour of Turkey with Travel Talk, and without a doubt, the highlight of our entire experience was our guide, Yil. With over 25 years of experience, Yil led our group with confidence, warmth, passion and energy from start to finish. His ability to navigate the complexities of a packed itinerary without a single hitch was genuinely impressive. When I was feeling unwell during the tour, Yil’s attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed — he made sure I was comfortable and well looked after, which I deeply appreciated. Yil was consistently engaged with the entire group, making the experience feel both personal and enjoyable. His deep knowledge and honest insights into life in Turkey added rich context to everything we saw and did. He struck the perfect balance between entertainment, education, and care. Frankly, I think other tour guides could learn a lot from his level of service and passion. As for the tour itself, the destinations were fascinating and offered a great introduction to the history and culture of Turkey. Be prepared for long bus rides — it’s a big country! — but thankfully, the coach was very comfortable, and the journeys were made easier with Yil’s commentary and presence. Overall, the tour covers a lot of ground (literally and figuratively), and it’s a great way to see many key highlights of Turkey in a short time. Just make sure to bring your sense of adventure — and perhaps a neck pillow! Thank you, Yil, for making our trip so memorable.

Coming to the end of a 12 day Best of Turkey by Gulet trip with the brilliant Mustafa as our guide. I was travelling solo and was a little apprehensive, but every aspect was well organised and I felt completely safe in Turkey. The group was wonderfully friendly, so I was not alone for long. Each destination exceeded my expectations and hotels and food were of a good standard. Paragliding in Fethiye and hot air ballooning in Cappadocia were not to be missed experiences. The gulet cruise was fantastic too - my only regret is that I didn't do the 19 day trip to spend even more time exploring this wonderful coastline. I will definitely be returning to Turkey and would tour with travel talk again.

The Best of Turkey by Land was fantastic! If it’s a “tour” of Turkey you’re seeking, this one is the pick of them all. We travelled to the most spectacular locations, and experienced breathtaking moments and views, in every stop! Our tour guide Mustafa was very knowledgeable and talked us through the history of the land. He was friendly and very patient, considering the hours he puts into his tours. Mus was able to swap the days activities for some days to ensure we were given the best opportunity for photo’s and leas tourists in other locations. Our bus drivers did an amazing job getting us to all locations safely! Thank you Ahmet & Ali, you are superstars… Highlights for us were Gallipoli, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Fethyie and hot air ballooning in Cappadocia. The group consisted of all ages, which worked out to be a good mix. The weather varied between 25 - 36 degrees throughout the trip, so be sure to pack the sunscreen and portable fan. Hotels varied, each one having it’s own idiosyncrasies, but overall very good. Some of the days were extremely long but we got through them.. I’d recommend this tour to anyone that wants a taste of the beautiful land that Turkey is ☺️

Ultimate Vietnam & Cambodia & Thailand ends Chiang Mai (4 Star Hotels)

The tour was lovely and I really enjoyed it but I am still unhappy that I missed the first week of the tour because I didn’t realize that I needed a visa in order to enter Vietnam. I always thought that the reason I went on an under tour is because they would notify you of all the requirements. I received notification from Travel Talk on the visa requirements for Cambodia and for Thailand but there was no mention of Thailand. A single statement just indications that I needed to look up the visa requirements for Vietnam would have sufficed. Further to this - once I was denied access to my flight to Vietnam I applied for my visa right away. I waited for 6 days to see if my visa would appear. I tried calling the Vietnam visa office and sent them emails but never heard anything. On the 6th day someone from your office put me in touch with someone from Travel Talk who informed me that if I paid another $70 US they could get my visa to me in 4 hours. So I quickly did this and did receive my visa that day. Again I was very upset that it took 6 days before someone contacted me about expediting my visa. So ultimately I lost one whole week of the tour. Because of this it has left me with a very sour taste of your tour company and find it hard to provide a very positive review. I feel that I was let down by you.

We were recommended this Traveltalk land tour of Turkey by our friends who were here 2 years ago - they also had Mustafa as their guide. How lucky we feel to have had such a knowledgeable & helpful travel guide to introduce us to this beautiful country with all of its history - every detail of our journey from beginning to end has been thoughtfully planned by Mustafa. First time doing a tour overseas, wow what an amazing experience. Smaller tour group which was awesome, great hotel choices, professional transportation services and saw the best of Turkey in 12 days. Our tour guide Aykut's hospitality was second to none, he went above and beyond for every member of the group. His knowledge of his country's history and culture was outstanding and explained in a memorable way for a lasting memory. Aykut's has extensive experience as a tour guide and it shows in every way, many special tips from living/growing up in Turkey. Aykut's planning meant everything ran smoothly making our only job to turn up with your belongings and enjoy your experience. Thank you again Aykut for going the extra mile, making sure places had gluten free options for me and for all the funny jokes ☺️

We had an amazing time on our 12 day tour of Turkey! Our guide Yild was attentive, always was there to help us make the most of our trip and great fun! Would definitely recommend this tour to others!!

We started with tour one in Turkey, highlights were not the same without Aykut our tour guide. Amazing and talented man. Knowledge and history tycoon ! If it wasn’t created or made in turkey it wasn’t worth a mention. We got engaged in the hot air balloon while in Cappadocia. Flying back to Istanbul was a great idea. All our destinations were incredible to say the least and pictures tell it all. Highly recommend this tour. We included the gullet and loved it. Tour two, was Croatia Coast from Split to Dubrovnik. Again an amazing trip to see the coast and loved it all. This tour company knows how to pull holidays together. Well done Traveltalk

Best of Vietnam & Cambodia (4 Star Hotels)

Overall the tour was great but exhausting. The “optional” excursions were not really optional you either went and paid the extra or made your own way to your hotel. Hotels were all beautiful even if they were away from the centres. The guide in Cambodia was outstanding and helpful. The guide in Vietnam was less so although his help was outstanding. The pace was far too quick and we could have had some down time to reset every few days.

I’m about to finish my Essential Turkey trip with Travel Talk (October 12th- for 10 days) and had an amazing experience! Our guide Mustafa was fantastic. He took care of every little detail and made sure everyone in our group (42 people, a great mix of ages) was happy and well looked after. I traveled with my mom, and this trip was the perfect way to get a quick, but comprehensive, view of what Turkey has to offer. This was my second time with Travel Talk, and I would definitely choose them again for future adventures!

Such an UNREAL EXPERIENCE! I cannot recommend the best of Turkey by Gulet for 12 day tour enough. On this tour we were able to see all parts of turkey from the coast line to the major cities and immerse ourselves in the culture and history! Mustafa is the best tour guide who priorities experiences, learning and safety of all tour participants (he also doubles as a comedian so ensures many laughs are had). From sailing on the Mediterranean Sea, experiencing the best food and culture in Istanbul, to paragliding over Pamukkale springs, and finally ticking off the bucket list moment of hot air ballooning over Cappadocia, this has been a trip not to forget. I cannot recommend this tour enough and would encourage anyone going to turkey to book this trip with Travel Talk!

We just completed the 10 day Amazing Turkey by Land tour with Travel Talk. Our tour leader Yildiray was professional, knowledgeable, informative, full of energy and always helpful. The tour was packed with many sight seeing activities and the itinerary was set at the right pace. Over 10 days, we visited ancient Istanbul, the ruins of Ephesus and Troy, the travertine beauty of Pamakkule and its ancient remnants of Hieropolis, the rock formation of Cappadocia, to name a few. At each of the scenic spots, our guide Yildiray provided background and history, but also sufficient free time for us to explore. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Most of the breakfast and dinner we had from accommodation included a wide spread of choices catering for different dietary requirements. Comfortable Mercedes coach with USB charging. We highly recommend this Travel Talk Turkey tour , and tour leader Yildiray.

Ultimate Vietnam & Cambodia & Thailand ends Bangkok (4 Star Hotels)

A very enjoyable tour. A friendly group of travelling people, coming and going from country to country. We had three tour guides and I must say Proney Yong, the Cambodia guide, was an absolute star. There were a few too many temples for me but I was aware they were going to be part of the tour. Very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time exploring Turkey with our very knowledgeable guide Mustafa! We did a 12 day bus tour of Turkey and stayed in 5 star hotels every night. The trip was great in that we stopped for 3 nights midway through the trip, allowing us relax and charge our batteries. Some tours only stay one night and then back on bus early again the next morning. This tour was great in we had a 3 day and 2 day stopovers. During the tour Mustafa our guide would tell us about the exhibit and explain the history of the site and often have a funny joke to go with it. We then left to explore the exhibit on our own , which was great. The bus was a comfortable first class Mercedes Benz coach, we had 2 drivers on the coach that made getting our suitcases on and off a breeze. I’ve been on several tours and many self drive holidays to Europe, but this was by far the best low stress way to see the country! Also breakfast and dinners were included. We mostly bought our own lunches, and Mustafa would fine us a good roadside restaurant. Totally recommend Travel Talk tours and our guide Mustafa is the best way to see Turkey.

I did the travel talk turkey tour with mus. He's an awesome guide full of local knowledge. There had been wild fires at Gallipoli so rearranged our itinerary to allow us a chance to visit which we did! I spent 3 days on the gulet and was a great way to relax. Would highly recommend the tour as a way to visit turkey and would do it again.

During my trip to Turkey, I had an incredible experience with Mustafa. All my expectations for the trip were exceeded. The breathtakingly beautiful Turkish landscape and the incredibly welcoming and kind people made my trip truly unforgettable. Mustafa provided the perfect balance of guidance and free time to explore, making the tour fantastic. The air balloon ride was an unforgettable experience, and the Turkish bath was a perfect way to relax during the tour. The thermal bath was equally relaxing. The impressive ruins at Ephesus offered a glimpse into the rich history of the region. The experience in Istanbul was amazing, with its extensive history and precious sites. Overall, I highly recommend this trip to anyone who has Turkey on their bucket list.

Just finished the 10 day ANZAC tour in Türkiye. Wow what an experience! The tour although busy was jam packed with amazing experiences made all the more richer by our highly knowledgable and very funny guide Aykut. The bus was full of 44 Aussies and Kiwis which would've been no easy feat to control. Aykut and our drivers Naci and Sevki were kind and patient making our long drives enjoyable. Gallipoli was a bucket list of mine, and what a beautiful humbling experience it was, especially the following day tour of the cemeteries. Other than that highlight, the early morning hot air balloon and all the other sites the Kapadokya offers was pretty special too. I will be using Travel Talk again. 5 stars!

We did the 11 Day Anzac Tour of Turkey. It. Was. Phenomenal. My husband and I absolutely love Turkey and were excited to explore the country. Highlights were definitely the Hot Air Balloons in Cappadocia and the privilege of attending the Dawn Service at Anzac Cove. A bucket list item ticked off. This was my second Travel Talk in 2024 and I would absolutely do another one in the future. The tour was organised and our guide, Mustafa, was fantastic.

All About Balkans (4 Star Hotels)

Balkan tour was good,enjoy my time,hosts was very good.Very informative,gave us all the information provided.All the places were good,bus drivers were good.5 hotels of the balkan hotels were good,other 5 hotels were not up to standard at all.Didn't like the hotel in Trebinje too far away from the city,hotel closer to the city and other facilities, some hotels not having 2 keys per room made it difficult. 2 people in a room,2 keys would be easier,bar fridges not having milk in the room.Pefer 1 day in Tribinje,extra day in Sofia or Skojpe.Lift your standards with the hotels,better hotels out there.Do you research with the hotels are much better hotels of better quality.Some of the hotels weren't 4 stars at all.Did not like night trip tours in Sofia,extra night in Trebinje.Prefer day trips tour,did not mind the dinner night was good.Other issues was the Travel Talk tour bus for the Balkan Tour did not have WI FI at all, was told it was a new bus. Extremely difficult and very frustrated that able to receive any messages from our host from the tour via What's app,wait until I got back to the hotel to get WI FI access.Lot of people did not have access to WI FI,did see other tour buses have WI FI. Could have gave us login for WI FI for the bus.Out of the day trips or night trips no WIFI access in a lot of places.Links or apps to login to places where they would have helped. Improvements they need to be looked at,little things would have made a big difference for the tour.Greece side of the tour was good,host was good,the small bus had WI FI which made a huge difference to access messages on What's app.Hotels was good,much better than the Bulkan Hotels,they were close to facilities,one in Delfl hotel was okaythe shower was very small,need the shower a little more wider.Another hotel would have been a little bit better have a big shower,hotel was okay.These are recommendations need to look in to and make those small improvements.Nice tour. Having a Heater was just useless.Other wise that the tour was good.

I booked a 10 day Traveltalk tour through Turkey and it was fabulous!!! Our guide Mustafa was wonderful. He had so much knowledge that he shared with us. He also was so organized, and went above and beyond helping arrange taxis and airport transfers, which was much appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about him! The trip had a good variety of historical activities and natural sites, which made for a good variety of experiences!

One of the best holidays I’ve had

We went on a tour of the Balkans and it was above our expectations. Bojan was the best tour leader gave us so much information about the places we were visiting but also a great laugh! The tour ran so smoothly and was the perfect way to see the area in a little amount of time. It was one of the best holidays I have been on, I loved every minute of it and I can’t wait to book another tour with travel talk. They are great value for money!

I did the 12 day Turkey by Gulet tour. And wow, what a time we had! We got to see so many different sights around Turkey, some I had never heard of and they were absolutely stunning! It was good value for money and the guide Mustafa was lovely! He was so knowledgeable, funny and patient with our 100s of questions (sorry hehe). The 3 nights we got to have on the Gulet was so relaxing and a good break up of the tour! I'd recommend booking a TravelTalk tour, this was my 4th! You meet so many great people from around the world.

Just completed the exotic Morocco tour with our excellent guide Abdul! He was one of the best tour guides I have met, he brought so much energy and knowledge on the tour and could not imagine doing the tour without him. The tour itself was so diverse, seeing so many different landscapes. It has been one of the best trips I have done. Would highly recommend!

Our trip with Travel Talk Tours through Turkey was a wonderful experience. This was our first time taking a tour. Every place we visited made me think, “Wow it can’t get any better than this!” Each stop was memorable in that it was historical, beautiful and magical. We had a great trip joining the 12 day turkey by land tour. Enjoying all the sights, museums and beach’s. The hot air balloon ride in cappadiocia and the paragliding were highlights and truly amazing! Highlights of Turkey with Mustafa was an incredible adventure tour. For a very long time I always wanted to visit Turkey, and discover the many beautiful places, get to know the people and culture. I was struck to see how beautiful this country is, with hospitable people and cute cats. One of the highlights for me was seeing the incredible ancient cities which for a long time I didn’t know still existed and where for thousands of years people lived in the history of the world. Our tour guide Mustafa did a marvelous job capturing important details and explaining the history of each place. Mustafa was also very attentive and ensuring that everyone was looked after, and answered every question very patiently. I’m thankful for his amazing guide and my beautiful companions in this journey, it was a great pleasure meeting all of them. I certainly do hope to be back on another journey.

We did the 12 day Turkey tour with Mustafa in September and had an amazing time. Mus was an amazing guide, he made sure everything went smoothly and shared plenty of knowledge and advice. The itinerary was great, hotels were nice and the bus was comfortable - even the longest rides went by fast. I would highly reccomend doing at least a few days on the boat - we absolutely loved it and found it was great value for money.

ONCE IN A LIFETIME! I could not recommend ‘The Best of Turkey by Gulet’ tour highly enough. Mustafa was a fantastic tour guide who planned an incredible 12 days of sightseeing, history, food and incredible activities for us. Best of Turkey by Land 12 day tour was awesome! I had high expectations for Turkey and it did not disappoint. The tour is a great mix of history, adventure and relaxing. We have just completed the 12 day Turkey tour and we absolutely loved it. Our amazing guide Mustafa went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. We also loved the three days at sea on the Turkish gullet. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a good blend of fun, information and relaxation.

We met Mustafa our fantastic guide at a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of Istanbul. He helped us explore the famous Blue Mosque and amazing Sultan’s palace. We were able to indulge into a completely different culture with his informative and quite entertaining guidance. Off to Gallipoli next… then the Ancient City of Troy.. amazing ….always on my bucket list!! Ephesus was an absolute highlight and Calciun deposits of Pamukkale an absolutely unique experience to walk through the warm springs.. Konya … and the Underground cities of the Hitites.. all very interesting and great fun exploring. Our time in Cappadocia was awesome as well.. Hot air ballooning,Imagination Valley, learning how those amazing carpets are made!! Total respect for the those weavers…. On our way back to Istanbul for our final night… It’s sad …as we’ve built some lovely comradery amongst us. Looking for a great all round Turkey trip?? This 10 day journey of Essential Turkey is definitely the one to pick!

12 day Best of Turkey by Gulet. Had an amazing tour seeing different landscapes of Turkey. From the Aegean Sea of archeological sites of ancient times to the best time sailing the Mediterranean and lastly the picturesque views of Cappadocia. Mus was the best tour guide with insights of the country and its history. A highlight of the tour was definitely the hot air balloon ride, a bucket list moment and the food in Turkey!!! Definitely recommend for solo travellers and made the best of friends from all corners of the world.

Just about to finish my first Travel Talk tour, Fantastic Turkey (7 days). Our tour guide Mustafa was informative and entertaining. We went to most of the key attractions in Turkey in a short period of time which I could not have done on my own. Tour was well organized, we always had enough free time to take pictures. Lunch options were also great. We would definitely travel with them again!

Best of Vietnam & Cambodia (4 Star Hotels)

Excellent tour. All the main sites covered. Lovely hotels. Only criticism, there was too much travelling and too many 1 night stays all together (4 nights in a row we only stayed 1 night in the hotel). Got to most of the hotels too late to enjoy the facilities and even too late to go out and explore and get a meal outside of hotel, Arrived at a lot of hotels at 7pm or later.

Exotic Morocco (4 Star Hotels)

It wasn't the experience I was expecting some of the hotels were not authentic The tour was way too fast paced, and not enough authenticity with Moroccan culture a lot of fast paced walking The restaurants that were suggested to us were City dives. They were not beautiful restaurants of Moroccan culture poor quality. The driver was fantastic. He made sure that the ride was safe. On our last day, we drove for 19 hours to get back to Marrakesh. No one has contacted me since to see if I was all right. I also got ill from eating food before I entered into the western desert of the Sahara. Being winter, the tents had no heat and the showers and washrooms were freezing. No one suggested I should upgrade and go into the hotel. I did it on my own. It should be an option that could be given to us being the case out of polite consideration for the temperature. Other than that, I was quite pleased to be able to visit all the cities that I visited our tour guide was pleasant and nice and respectful, but doesn't have a good quality and choices for restaurants and being able to enjoy the quality of life in the Medina's two fast paced, go go go go go go go go go go go. I gave it a two star rating for the safety of the drive and the safety of our tour guide. The hotels were fair locations not so great

We went on the Amazing Turkey by land 10-day trip. Our guide Mustafa was one of the highlights during the trip. He is very knowledgeable about all the places and prepared very well for every little things including restaurants, toilet places and all the details. He is also very humorous, which brought a lot of fun, together with great presentation skills including showing pictures during his introductions to the places. Most hotels we had in Turkey are nice and clean with big rooms. One exception is the hotel in Istanbul which is a bit old. Food is nice, and Mustafa always recommended places with fair prices. We had long journeys on bus when travel from one place to another but there were toilet breaks and lunch breaks in between so not too boring. Plus all the people in the group are friendly and we made a lot of fun.

I would 100% recommend the ANZAC Travel Talks tour, just finishing the 11 day tour here in Istanbul with our guide Mustafa. I travel alone and have done multiple tours with other well known and popular travel companies and this has hands down been the best!!! INFORMATION! Haha So much engaging history and knowledge from our guide, I found the tours of the palace and ruins with Mustafa very enjoyable. The freedom to skip a museum or tour to explore the city was encouraged. Meet back points and day plans were clearly communicated making it easy to have autonomy in a group setting. I felt like I was in charge of my own holiday and tour experience, which as a solo traveller who loves to do her own thing was perfect! We visited such amazing places on this tour that were bucket list items and once in a life time experiences! A hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia, walking the ruins in Ephesus & Troy. The dawn service at ANZAC Cove and Lone Pine Gallipoli. I am still in awe of the amazing things we have done and seen in these last 11days! The country of Turkey itself is absolutely beautiful and the people here even more so. Very generous and kind, I always felt safe as a female travelling alone. The food AMAZING! Baklava, doner kababs, rice stuffed muscles and Turkish delights to name a few, will make you fall in love! Accommodation was big beautiful mostly 4-5 star hotels in great locations on the beach, in the city! Comfortable beds, ample space and an abundance of food! Most of our accomodation provided buffet breakfast and dinner. Not having to worry about where to eat at the end of a long day or before an early start was very convenient. The work placed into the ANZAC service, security and protection was hands down phenomenal. Multiple check points for security, Turkish workers handing out water, offering first aid, and clearly communicating and directing crowds for the services. All my anxieties for the day were put at ease seeing the work and dedication put in by the Turkish people and government. I honestly cannot fault this tour and want everyone to experience Turkey the way I have gotten to experience this beautiful country. We done a Tour for 10 days of Turkey with Travel Talks we are from New Zealand. First tour I've done so was nervous and excited we hit it off in istanbul and meet the group we meet our guide Yildiray was friendly and informed us of all things we needed to know. We started our journey in Istanbul we spent 10 days having a amazing time laughter fun and education rolled into one. The bus drivers x 2 were kind friendly and very skilled at driving the bus was super comfortable and smooth driving. Travel talk Balkans is amazing. While there was a lot of travelling we saw heaps and the bus was very comfortable. Voijn was very knowledgeable and helpful. The best guide I have ever met for organisation, personality and knowledge. The food was amazing and very good value for money. Every day felt like the best day. Sarajevo blew my mind with the history of the aggression there (our guide lived through it). No harassment to buy in the souk (or anywhere). Every view of Kotor was a postcard. Trebinje was a mini Dubrovnik. Lake Ohrid was stunning with St Naum monastery a beautiful bonus. Hotels were all great. Photos to follow. I’m still on this tour and on my way to Greece tomorrow

I had the most incredible time on the 10 Day Amazing Turkey By Gulet tour. As a solo traveller, it was a great way to meet some amazing people and easily travel in such a beautiful country. You get a really good snapshot of Turkey and it was a nice mix of sightseeing and relaxing (on the gulet in particular!). Mustafa, our guide, was awesome and extremely accommodating, always striving to ensure each person had the best experience possible. He is also funny and super knowledgeable so I learnt a lot about Turkey and its history along the way too. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Best of Turkey by Gulet tour was the perfect way to experience Turkey! Highlights were our time on the boat, paragliding in Fethiye and seeing the hot air balloons in Cappadocia. The itinerary, accomodation, activities & locations visited have all been incredible. Travel talks 11 day Turkey tour including ANZAC Day 2025 has been by far one of my favourite tours to date. Fantastic tour, personable experiences

My first tour with Traveltalk to Jordan was fantastic. Everything was very well planned, the itinerary was timed to perfection and jam packed with amazing experiences. The tour guide Issa went above and beyond to make everyone happy and have the best experience possible, taking us to local restaurants and telling us the best things to eat. Our bus broke down on the way to the Dead Sea and he dealt with it really quickly, and a replacement bus arrived in less than an hour. He treated us all like his friend rather than just a job which make the tour even more special. The hotels were fab and had everything that we needed, all I great locations to local attractions. I booked another tour but had to cancel due to Covid and Traveltalk have placed my deposit aside ready to use on the next trip. I can’t wait to book again with them.

Travel talk tour Turkey (12 day by gulet) with our amazing host Mustafa was the best!! It was a great snapshot into the history, culture and stunning sights of Turkey. Mustafa was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide who was full of tips, tricks and helpful information - we learnt a lot from him. He was very organised too, helping us book in activities and always running to schedule. Being from NZ it was very special and moving visiting Gallipoli and ANZAC cove. The 3 days on the boat was a highlight, the water was crystal clear and the food was delicious, prepared fresh daily! Bonus if you like cats and dogs because there are so many!!

I just had my 10-day tour from Turkeye, and it was just an amazing experience and breathtaking places to see like Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Konya, Troy, Galepagos and more. Our group is fantastic , everybody is friendly and down to earth that makes it so enjoyable for the traveling. My sisters and I met on this tour. Our tour guide Mustafa was good and approachable, he helpful and is ia team player and an asset to your compan.Although we encountered some rain we still enjo the tour .

Just a few more days left before finishing the Essential Turkey tour. As someone who has been working in the travel industry for over 25 years, I highly recommend Travel Talk as a tour operator. The tour is well organized, and they think of all the details to make your journey as pleasant and smooth as possible. The hotels, restaurants, and tours were great, the drivers were (2) extremely professional and polite, the van was always clean, and I felt safe the whole time. Mustafa (our tour guide) is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. We didn't have to stay in line for the activities as the company provides a pass for it (wich you can pay the guide later) . The balloon company was carefully picked, based on safety and equipment, and you could tell the difference when you experienced it. When you have a group of people from different countries with different cultures, it can be hard to please everyone, but I was very happy with all the choices made, and it felt like traveling with old friends. Here are some highlights of this amazing experience.

I did a 12 day-on land Turkey tour! Overall, it's a great experience, knowledgeable guide Mustafa, good hotels and the food was great in some hotels! I was expecting a bus full of 20-40 aged people but there were mostly 40+ to 75 year olds and couples. So it was a bit disappointing in that aspect and I understand that it can change for other dates! Pamukkale location was very short.. couldn't explore or go for a swim there! If you want to see Cappadocia and do a balloon ride, definitely extend your stay. The tour stay is very short and you may not be able to do balloon ride if it's windy. I have been on the Essential Turkey tour with Mustafa as our guide in Dec/Jan. I am so impressed with the range of locations we have visited, Mustafa' knowledge and experience as a guide has been invaluable and has meant that we have seen things we otherwise wouldn't have. He is funny but calm and made me feel very confident. Each city and town we have visited has been full of interesting things and I have absolutely loved this tour! I can't recommend them highly enough!

I just finished my tour in Turkey and it was one of the best trips I have ever done. We did the 12 day Turkey tour with the Gullet option, and loved it! The price was super reasonable, Travel Talk was always extremely responsive whenever I reached out. Most importantly, we visited an amazing array of impressive historical sites, saw the profound and varied natural beauty of Turkey and enjoyed incredible experiences like hot air ballooning and paragliding. Mustafa was the best tour guide we have ever had. His knowledge and organizational skills were top notch, he helped with everything (even with arranging laundry services) and was hilarious as well. The food was tasty, the hotels were good and the boat trip was fun and relaxing with beautiful scenery and a lot of swimming. The cabins on the boat weren’t air conditioned and were pretty hot at night, so some people slept on deck where there were plenty of places with cushions where you could stretch out and get a good nights rest. I highly recommend this tour!!

We did Essential Turkey tour in December 2024 with our family. It’s an amazing experience. Highly recommend. When I first booked this tour main event I wanted to do was Hot Air Balloon in Cappadocia. We did it. It was a lifetime experience. But this tour opened my eyes to many more things. We had the best time on this tour. Mario from Travel Talk was a great host and the boat that we were on, Carpe Diem, was better than we expected. The boat crew were amazing and added to the general fun of the tour. Our room was spacious and had an ensuite and AC which was essential to cope with the hot days. We toured from Split down to Dubrovnik with great stops along the way, lots of sight seeing and swimming stops to cool off and break up the travel times.

My husband Nick and I did the 12 day Turkey tour by land with Mustafa as our guide. It really was a great tour! So well paced, good value & saw so many beautiful sites. Our highlight was definitely Cappadocia (the balloon ride is a MUST!) And as an Aussie going to Gallipoli was very special & something that all Aussies and Kiwis should experience. Our resort in Fethiye got upgraded to Tuana Beach Club which was brilliant & I do hope you use this resort for future tours. It was almost sad to leave the comfort of the pool/beach & do the day tours but we really enjoyed seeing more of Fethiye & soaking up the sun! The accommodation & food was great in all the locations. Mustafa was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable and funny & so helpful with any special requests we had. We were worried that 32 people would be a bit of a big group as our last tour with travel talk was about 16 people in Egypt but everyone was so lovely. However, I don’t think I’d like group sizes to be larger than this as already it’s difficult to get to know everyone! The pickup from the airport was smooth - I landed earlier than expected, but the driver was waiting. All the hotels I stayed in were amazing with delicious food. Türkiye 12 Day Bus Trip I had an unforgettable time on this terrific bus trip around Türkiye! From start to finish, everything was well-organised and seamless, thanks to our amazing guide Mustafa. Did the 10-day essential Türkiye tour. Our guide Mustafa was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture, history, and geography. We had a good mix of adventurous activities and relaxation. Mustafa organised good timing of activities for us, as we beat the crowds to sites before they got crowded. Mustafa made us feel welcome, as he looked after us very well, giving us recommendations for food places and tips for each city, as he’s a very experienced guide with plenty of research. Exotic Morocco (4 Star Hotels)

Highlight was Chefchaouen even in the rain. The hotel in essaouirua hotel d’iles was damp even after changing rooms three times. Camp Yasmina was very basic and in these days Wi-Fi access should be standard. The guide was just average because he told not much about the country and people and you were forced to ask questions to keep him busy especially on long hour drives.

every thing was great except the initial airport pick up after several hours of waiting at gate 8 we did not encounter with a pick up i called the hotel staff which was change, i conformed my reservation and got a taxi to transport us to our hotel. but after that everything was smooth as planed and we had a great tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. The Thailand leg days were 12 hours, made it a very long day. Other than that it was wonderful. Hotels top notch, tours interesting and educational, especially Cambodia guide, full of great info. I will not rate guides, as we had three, one for each county.

I’m coming to the end of my 12 day best of Turkey by Gulet and it was nothing short of amazing. Our guide Mustafa absolutely made the trip his knowledge, energy, humour and passion for Turkey turned every stop into something special. As an Australian seeing Gallipoli was very humbling and made me appreciate our Diggers even more. The Gulet experience itself was pure magic, waking up in turquoise waters, jumping off the side of the boat, so special. Enjoying the best food prepared fresh on board. We unfortunately got caught in a really bad storm but it was still great. The hot air ballon ride was absolutely amazing it’s a definite must do. If you’re looking for a mix of relaxation, history, culture and fun this tour is for you. And if you’re lucky enough to get Mustafa as your guide you’re in for a treat.

Sail Split to Dubrovnik / Premier Boat

This tour was excellent value for the money and a great experience. The only suggestions that I can make for improvement would be to not waste space in our luggage to bring a beach towel. One of the guests took all of our pictures and added our name and a place of residence and posted it on WhatsApp on the last days of a tour and that would have been great if it would have been done on the first day as part of the tour. Breakfast was served at 8:00 a.m. sharp and if you were late getting there and the one pot of coffee was gone you were out of luck and it would have been nice to have relaxed and sipped on a coffee in the morning. Other than those minor things, the tour more than exceeded my expectations

I have been wanting to do the 10-day Essential Turkey tour for a while now, and I am so glad I did. Although it is winter, and therefore colder and less sunshine, he still made the tour enjoyable and found plenty of opportunities to stop for photos throughout our trip. Turkey ANZAC day - 11 day Tour with guide Mustafa. Would highly recommend this tour. I would 100% recommend the ANZAC 10 day tour to everyone. Regardless if you are a solo traveller, couple, group of friends etc, this tour accommodates for all. Our tour group included a range of ages and everyone has felt welcomed and looked after. Mustafa has been a brilliant tour guide who has shared is extensive knowledge with us in digestible chunks with some great jokes along the way. Just finished 10 Days Amazing Turkey by Land Tour. It was an unforgettable experience made so by our extraordinary Tour Guide Aykut and terrific bus drivers Ahmet and Osman. Our Turkey highlights took us from the mosques of Istanbul to the fairy-chimneys of Cappadocia, the white terraces of Pamukkale to the ancient ruins of Ephesus. This tour gives you the perfect mix of history, nature, and culture. Aykut was a font of knowledge and comedy going well beyond our expectations in being well organised, great time keeper gently reminding guests to comply. We had access to his expertise and assistance from helping get medicines and bandaids for guests to organising requests for nail salon and excess baggage inquiries to airlines. His vast knowledge and love for his homeland was evident in the engaging stories weaving historical and cultural information in an entertaining way. I loved each city or place we visited and also the optional activities such as para-gliding in Fetye to Hot Air Balooning in Cappadocia. The tour is full-on and many hours on the Bus which was well driven, comfortable, clean managed by Ahmet. Thank you for the great memories.

Mustafa is the key to a fantastic Essential Turkey tour

My partner and I did the Essential Turkey tour in November/December 2021. We had a fantastic time, and can both only recommend Travel Talk and this tour. Mustafa Kurt, our incredible guide, is really who sets this tour apart from any competition. He conducts the majority of Travel Talk's Essential Turkey, so you may get lucky if you book. Mustafa is an extremely qualified tour guide, with an extraordinary tourism CV, who wholly commits to ensuring that those on his tour have the very best Turkey experience possible. The man goes well above and beyond, without even thinking twice. He is a natural leader, whilst also being a friend. He was hilarious to have around us, bringing all the laughs and very much aiding in bringing the group together. His knowledge of Turkey is second to none, and he never lets this or his jokes get stale. The minibus that we used was better than expected - modern and comfy. We also had two drivers, adding to safety and ability to cover the long distances required. The hotels on the tour do vary, but are generally good. Travel Talk were responsive during booking, and flexible when it came to us having to delay due to Covid.

Travel Talk's 9-day trip all over Turkey has exceeded all of my expectations. The itinerary was well-crafted, seamlessly blending historical marvels like Istanbul and Ephesus with breathtaking landscapes in Cappadocia. I absolutely loved my trips with travel talk. I did the Egypt and Jordan tour and it was so magical. I felt completely safe and all the activities included and those not included were both clearly stated and priced so I could budget for the trip with no surprise costs. Highly recommend! Travelled to Türkiye/Turkey 🇹🇷 with Mustafa as a guide in December 2023. We were able to get a taste of the country and visit many great sites such as Pamukkale and Gallipoli. Just completed my first Travel Talk tour through Turkey. It was an amazing experience!! Mustafa made sure to make this tour unforgettable. He rearranged the tour so we could visit Gallipoli (originally closed due to the wildfires) as well as taking earlier in the day to visit Pamukkale and Ephesus. Not only did we get some amazing photos, but we also avoided the hottest part of the day so we could really enjoy the sites. This tour has set a really high standard for all other tours and I look forward to doing more tours with Travel Talk in the future!

Moroccan Dream (4 Star Hotels)

The pace was a bit hectic but we saw so much of the country. Our tour guide was excellent. He was very caring and went the extra mile. We wished the tenting in the desert had at least a table to put our suitcases in so we didn’t have to leave in the sand. The cooed shower bathroom facility was for some uncomfortable

The “Essential Turkey” tour was exceptionally run, thanks to our fantastic tour guide Mustafa (and his yellow teddy bear, Wilson). 🧸 Mustafa was very personable, flexible and accommodating to any specific requests - he wants everyone to make the most out of their Türkiye experience. This is our 4th trip with travel talks. We did the essential Turkey 10-day tour. It was a great mix of culture, history, natural wonders, and a chance for both adventure and relaxation. Hilights were the hot air balloons at Cappadocia and paragliding in Pumakale, both of which I was able to do in confidence when I saw how much research into safety Mustafa had done, he also got us good prices and no fly no pay. I felt like going on the tour with Mustafa as our guide ensured we got the best of every experience, timing it to go places at the least busy time of day, best prices, helping us to eat well and hygienically. He looked out for us, had a great sense of humor, was a chill guy but very professional, and made sure things ran smoothly at the same time, extremely knowledgeable. I feel he made it his duty to ensure we had the best trip possible, which we did!

Booking with Tourhub was convenient and easy and communications with the team were very good from booking until the trip. The local operator was Travel Talk tours and they were excellent - from the airport pickup to the planned activities, hotels, bus arrangements - everything went exceedingly well. A special shoutout to our fabulous guide Vojin, who was extremely knowledgeable about every country we visited, knew the history and current situations and was such a fun leader who entertained and informed with great humor and brought the whole group together. Also, the driver Slavce, was an excellent driver and gentleman who worked effortlessly with Vojin to make our trip safe, comfortable and fun. Highly recommended - especially if you can get Vojin and Slavce! The Balkans are an amazingly complicated and fun group of countries, and the tour was aggressive enough to see so many places without being overwhelming. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip!

We are doing the Travel talk Turkeye tour with our tour guide Mustafa which ends tomorrow 31/3/25. The travel itinerary was great and found the tour fascinating learning heaps of info we were not aware of. Had an amazing trip doing the 10 day Essential Turkey trip with the best leader Yildiray! Everything ran so smoothly with the most knowledgeable and fun guide. The bus was comfortable which was needed as we spent quite a bit of time on it! The only downfall would be that the itinerary was so busy we did not have much time to really see the towns we stayed in. Overall a trip to remember ❤️🇹🇷

Ultimate Vietnam & Cambodia & Thailand ends Bangkok (4 Star Hotels)

Fantastic tour but exhausting! Luckily I booked a few days after the tour in Koh Samui to rest before a long haul flight home. This was an excellent way for me to see countries but not solo. Accommodation was on the whole very good. Just one hotel that was in pretty poor condition, and one hotel with mould around the shower. Guides were awesome, keen and answered any questions. I learnt so much on this tour with amazing photos to show the beauty of these countries. I chose to room share. I wouldn't do this again. Although my room mate was a lovely person and we got on really well, she didn't need much sleep so woke me up a lot most nights and considering how full on this tour is, I have eye bags I never had before!!😂 I did, even with minor points made, have an amazing time and look forward to booking my next tour.

We took the 10 day Essential Turkey Tour. Our guide was Mr Mustafa. There are several reasons we would recommend this tour. 1. Mr Mustafa and Traveltalk are a very professional outfit. The tour is very well organised. All the hotels are of very good quality and standard. 2. Mr Mustafa gave us and helped information prior to arriving giving us what to expect. He is a thoroughly professional guide with all the knowledge and very courteous gentleman. 3. Turkey is a very clean country and everywhere we visited we were met with nice people. 4. Our drivers were very courteous and safe to be travelling with. 5. Turkey is a beautiful country and have lot of history and culture to see. 6. I have been to Bahrain and Dubai but visiting Turkey was like visiting another European country with liberal ideas. 7. The infrastructure and facilities we saw was no different any other developed country. 8. Everywhere we went we saw so many cats and stray dogs but we never saw dog poo. This was very surprising. The way these animals were treated show how compassionate Turkish people are to them. This is extraordinary to see.

My first travel talk experience was truely UNFORGETTABLE! I did the best of Turkey by Gulet for 12 days and this has been my favourite trip overseas I’ve ever taken. Best of Vietnam & Cambodia (4 Star Hotels)

Overall the trip was good. The tour guide in Vietnam was a joke Tommy. The first meeting on the first day was 45 minutes and it was at 18:30. All of us were in Vietnam for 2 or more days already. So the first day was 45 minutes in a hotel lobby. He said that he had 10 years of experience but it was evident that he had very little knowledge other than doctrine from a book. He didn't try to teach us any Vietnamese language at all. We would only tour for half days. We used a tour app to find places to go on our free time. The Cambodia tour guide was fantastic. We were busy and he explained local customs and tought us some Cambodian language. He had local professional tour guides help us at sites. He booked us rides at 04:30 to go and see sun rises. He booked rides to the airport that were cheaper than the hotel.

Really amazing 10-days trip across several incredible cities and places in Turkey. Our guide Mustafa is very kind and knowledgeable, and knows about all the histories of places such as Troy and Ephesus, and prepared very well for every little things including restaurants, toilet places and all the details. He took care of us very well. The hotels we had in Turkey are nice and clean with big rooms. Food is nice, and Mustafa always recommended places with fair prices. All the staff are nice.

Balkan Discovery 10 day tour April 2024. Great way to explore much of the Balkan area (our first time visiting). Dušan - our guide, 5 star!! Slavche - our driver, 5 star!! Some of the hotels we stayed in were in need of updates but they were all clean (USA rating 2-3 star).

My friends and I just completed a 12-day Best of Turkiye by land with tour guide Aykut and driver Huseyin, who made this first trip in Turkiye very enjoyable and memorable. Great, busy but well planned itinerary. Aykut was charismatic, very knowledgeable and informative in sharing lots of history, culture/customs, foods, and the people and the country, and telling the stories in a simple and humourous way. He knows pretty much about everything and anything. With his great local connections and experiences, he went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed every minute of the tour, including paragliding and a very-hard-to-get seats on the hot air balloon! And a huge applaud to our driver Huseyin, who drove the bus so calmly and smoothly in the busy streets of Turkiye, esp in Istanbul, and we felt very safe and secured during the long drivings (>3000km) on this tour. At the end of the tour, it was an amazing team effort between Aykut and the drivers Huseyin and Cihat to get our bus directly in front of the hotel in the busiest part of old city in Istanbul so we didn't have to carry our luggages. Overall, this was an amazing trip and we thank Aykut and Huseyin very much! Definitely will recommend TravelTalk Tours to others!

Amazing Trip with Travel Talk & Yildiray! Just finished an awesome tour around Turkey with Travel Talk and had to share how great it was. Our guide, Yilderay, was the absolute best—super energetic, funny, and full of knowledge. He really kept the vibe fun the whole time. The itinerary was packed but well-paced. We started in Istanbul, staying right in the old town near all the iconic spots like the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The Bosphorus cruise was a great way to kick things off, sailing between Europe and Asia. Hotels were mostly 4 and 5 stars. The private coach was modern and made the longer drives easier (and there are a few, but totally worth it for everything we got to see). We had 2 amazing drivers. Some of my favorite parts were visiting Gallipoli, exploring the ancient cities like Troy and Ephesus, and walking through the travertine pools of Pamukkale (the water streams were less at that time of the year but it was still a beautiful sight). Fethiye was gorgeous and Cappadocia and Devrent Valley was straight-up magical. Honestly, it was a perfect mix of sightseeing, nature, history, and chill time. Especially with someone like Yildiray leading the way.

It's hard to believe what we've seen in our 12 day Best of Turkey by Gulet tour. This country is AMAZING in all aspects of history, landscapes, culture and food. There are WOW moments everywhere. Our guide, Mustafa, was also AMAZING. What a professional! He gave us so much insight into each location making each sightseeing experience richer and more valuable. Besides being a wealth of knowledge, he has patience, flexibility when needed, and a great sense of humour. He can tell a good joke and does a pretty good impersonation of the Aussie accent! We recently completed a wonderful 12 day tour of Turkey with an amazing and jam-packed itinerary which took us all around the country. The tour wouldn’t be nearly as good if it weren’t for our amazing tour guide Aykut, he truly went above and beyond in every aspect, always giving the best facts, advice and suggestions for every place we stayed or visited. There are always single travellers on our tours. If you don't mind being roomed with another single traveller of the same gender, then you do not need to pay a single supplement, however, this excludes all of our North American tours where the sharing option for a solo traveller is not available, and the single supplement must be applied if you are travelling alone. The single supplement is for travellers who would like to stay in a private room for the duration of the tour. PLEASE NOTE: The single private option is not always available, especially for sailing tours and camping.
